The villas are all single story and the tree lined streets are well lit.
Orange Tree is located on Highway 27 just 2 miles north of the junction with Highway 192, the main road that will take guests to the theme parks, shopping malls, and restaurants of Central Florida.
The homes are situated just 22 min from the Walt Disney parks, and close to many stores, shops and restaurants.
Just 5 min away is Lake Louisa State Park where guests can escape the hustle and bustle of the theme parks.
There is a Wal-Mart Superstore and Supermarket located just one mile South of Orange Tree on Highway 27.HOME TYPES: All of the 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes are superior homes; all have fully equipped kitchens with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker.
Other amenities include a washing machine, a tumble dryer, linens, towels, a direct dial telephone, cable TV, a radio and central air conditioning and heating.
The master bedroom has a double bed with an adjoining bathroom (bathtub/shower), whilst additional bedrooms have either a double bed or 2 twin beds with at least 1 shared bathroom.
Please note that as all homes are individually owned, bedding type (i.e.
Double bed, twins etc) cannot be guaranteed.
Pool heating, cribs and highchairs can be prepaid in advance of arrival.AMENITIES: Each home has a relaxing private screened pool.
The standard amount of pool furniture provided is 2 sun loungers 4 chairs and a table.
Orange Tree also has a communal "Tiny Tots" play area, tennis and basketball courts; and a soccer field.
There is also a lake where you can fish, and a beautiful conservation area.
