Please note a EUR 100 deposit is required on arrival, returnable at check-out.The Los Juncos Residential Complex features spacious apartments of 55m2 with a capacity for 2/4 and 4/6 persons with 2 double bedrooms, lounge/dining room, with sofa/bed, complete bathroom, and large balcony! All apartments are refurbished for summer 2014 and have a 21” LCD TV, air conditioning and a kitchen that includes a fridge, oven, microwave, ground coffee maker, and washing machine!! Bed and table linen and Bath-towels are provided at the start of your stay.
Towels are changed once every other day, and cleaning and change of bed linen once in four days.The Apartments can only be occupied by the same amount of guests on the original reservation.
No animals or visitors are allowed to stay in the Apts.
Failure to comply will result in disallocation of the apartments with the loss of Deposit/Bond!!
