The Belair Beach Hotel has bagged a great plot on the island’s north coast.
It’s only a couple of steps from a long stretch of sand, and Rhodes Town’s pick and mix of history, culture and shopping is only a five-minute cab ride away.On the whole the décor is kept simple, with much of the Belair mirroring the white and blue of the Greek flag.
Things are a touch grander in the lobby, though, where you’ll find a shiny marble floor, and a ceiling studded with spotlights and a colourful stained-glass dome. The Belair Beach Hotel has a big pool, plus a smaller swimming spot for children.
The restaurant is a buffet set-up, with cooked breakfasts, and international cuisine for dinner.
Daytime snacks and drinks are served at the poolside bar.
A tennis court tops the activities list, but there’s also minigolf, air hockey and a children’s playground.
