The seaside promenade doubles up as Puerto del Carmen’s main strip, where bars and restaurants rub shoulders.Two swimming pools are in the pipeline at this place.
The sun terrace, which looks out over the sea, will be lined with loungers, and there’ll be a bar on-hand for drinks and snacks.
There’ll also be a chill-out zone complete with Balinese beds.
Indoors, you’ll find a buffet restaurant and an à la carte place, plus a spa and a gym.
