2.2 We also provide an independent help-desk service which enables you to contact us here and report any complaints or queries you have relating to any of the advertisements featured on our website. Such issues could include (but are not limited to), where you have noticed that the arrangements featured on our website are being advertised by the same advertiser at a cheaper price on any other website; or where you have contacted the advertiser about the advertisement and the arrangements in question are no longer available and/or the advertiser is not honoring the prices advertised. Upon receiving your report email, we will investigate the issues raised and depending on the outcome of the investigation may, but are not obliged to, remove the advertisement concerned and/or contact the advertiser requesting that the issue is resolved, entirely at our discretion.
