Cancellations within 7 days of the departure date will be charged at 100% of the total invoice.LOCATION: The Westridge community is located on Highway US.27 between Highway US.192 and Interstate I4, both highways are an easy 5 to 10 minutes drive, and the entrance into Walt Disney World is just a 15 minute drive away.
The quiet development is well maintained with well lit streets and landscaped around gentle rolling hills.
There is a Publix supermarket located just 5 minutes north on Highway 27 at Sand Mine Road, and US.192 has many shops and restaurants.HOME TYPES: Westridge consists of a mix of the 3, 4, 5 and 6 bedroom standard homes; all have fully equipped kitchens with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker.
Other amenities include a washing machine, a tumble dryer, linens, towels, a direct dial telephone, cable TV, a radio and central air conditioning and heating.
The master bedroom will have a double bed with an adjoining bathroom (bathtub/shower), whilst additional bedrooms have either a double bed or 2 twin beds with at least 1 shared bathroom.
The living area also has a double sleeper sofa.
Please note that as all homes are individually owned, therefore bedding type (i.e.
Double bed, twins etc) cannot be guaranteed.
Pool heating, cribs and highchairs can be prepaid in advance of arrival.AMENITIES: Please note that not all private swimming pools in standard homes are equipped with pool heaters; therefore the option of pool heating must be requested at the time of booking.
Westridge offers a community pool, fitness room, basketball court, volleyball court, playground, park/soccer area as well as lighted tennis courts.
The clubhouse is well appointed with resort style amenities, and is for exclusive usage by renters and permanent residents.
The resort style clubhouse contains a lounge, several large screen televisions, a kitchen and a bar, reading room, fitness facilities, reception room and is Wi-Fi enabled for internet connectivity.* Pool heating is available to pre-book at a cost of £150 per week.
